Employer Branding Campaign

TASK: How do we design an employer branding campaign that communicates the company's values as a traditional Austrian company while addressing a young, male target audience between 16 and 18.

CONCEPT AND EXECUTION: We start from a personal approach. By picking one of the apprentices and presenting both, his private and his work life, we create an emotional connection between the target audience and him with a strong call-to-action to apply in the company. The campaign includes several cutdowns and will run mainly on Instagram and Snapchat.
