BRIEF: Create a web series that captures the history and culture of recording music.
CONCEPT AND EXECUTION: With Studio Chronicles, we visit some of the most famous recording studios in the world and talk with producers and engineers about what makes that specific places so special. Season 1 takes us to Jamaica, the small carribean island with a huge musical heritage. We visit five of the most iconic studios and meet legendary producers such as King Jammy or Don Corleon. The series has a corresponding soundtrack produced by Viennese Irievibrations Records. It was realized in a cooperation between Dreama Studios, Irievibrations Records and Illuminati Films.
